For the past 7 years the Swanton Arts Council has honored one exceptional graduating senior of the the Missisquoi Valley School District who displays a bright future in art.

 

Qualifications: Must be a graduating senior from MVUHS who is also

participating planning to pursue or continue art making beyond high school.
